A few minutes ago, around 5 PM, I drove by the Thousand Oaks Teen Center and Goebel Senior Center, on my way to the main Thousand Oaks Library.  The parking lot was pretty full in front of the Teen Center.  It was pretty empty in front of the Senior Center, but there was a multi-age group of about 6 people gathered around a shaded picnic table in feront of the building.  I wondered if the evacuation center had been moved for the fire in Moorpark, since there were so few cars, yet I could see the smoke rising in the northern sky.
